Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user difficulties efficiently
  • Maintain assets and workplace environments
  • Install and maintain operating systems, software, and applications (including Windows, MacOS, Office, etc.)
  • Possess foundational knowledge of enterprise networking (VLAN, Switch, Cisco)
  • Monitor and manage Helpdesk tickets to ensure prompt responses and effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
  • Valid driver's license
