Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Facilities Technician to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall maintenance of our properties, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Residential Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventative measures to ensure the longevity of our properties. You will work closely with our property management team to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to equipment, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take preventive measures to minimize downtime and maintain property values.
  • Collaborate with our property management team to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and achieve our goals.
  • Assist in grounds maintenance, including landscaping, snow removal, and other outdoor tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and asset tracking.
  • Comply with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, facilities management) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
