Manufacturing Associate Job Description

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Oklahoma City. As a key member of our Manufacturing/Greco Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow established procedures to maintain a highly organized process
  • Maintain a strong daily work pace to maximize team efforts
  • Demonstrate a cooperative manner and promote good team interaction
  • Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures
  • Consistently practice reliability and assist others as needed
Requirements:
  • Assembly line, warehouse, or manufacturing experience required
  • Ability to handle merchandise up to 10 feet long and 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk and stand 8 hours per day
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess good math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to work on an assembly line
  • Good attendance is required
  • Reliable transportation is required
