Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Merchandising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, resetting, and stocking sections of the store according to the planogram. You will work closely with store management and associates to ensure that our products are displayed and sold effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Merchandise and reset sections of the store according to the planogram
  • Build professional relationships with store management and associates
  • Work with nationally recognized brands to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Conduct daily store visits to ensure that our products are displayed and sold effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday - Thursday starting at 8:00am and occasionally Fridays
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores
  • Daily access to a mobile device and internet
  • Ability to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 60lbs on occasion
  • Experience with planograms is strongly preferred
