  • Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across ocean, air, road, and rail, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manufacturing Shipping: Handle manufacturing shipping and distribution, including processing orders, generating pick lists, and coordinating the dispatch of goods.
  • Shipping Documentation: Prepare and manage essential shipping documentation, including bills of lading and other necessary paperwork, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
  • Supplier and Customer Engagement: Engage with suppliers and customers to ensure effective coordination, address issues, and enhance overall transportation performance.
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee the movement of goods on the floor and within the building, ensuring accurate handling and efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications:

  • Transportation Planning Experience: Demonstrated experience in transportation planning or logistics, with a strong background in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Planning, or a related field preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and coordination abilities, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
