THE WORK
This position will fill the requirement for a 2nd shift early career Manufacturing Planner/Production Control Analyst. Responsibilities will include scheduling and integrity of the MRP system for all assigned assemblies. Status and reporting of manufacturing Make Assemblies to Operations Excellence Team members and leadership. Effective management of material kit issues, engagement in product assembly flow implementation, fulfillment of material needs to support manufacturing builds. Effective factory implementation and cut-in of engineering and process changes. Prioritization of work flow in partnership with manufacturing supervision and project managers.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases and programs.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in team environment.
• Able to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.
• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Desired Skills:
• Degree from accredited college in the field of Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems as well as materials management.
• Microsoft Office Applications experience including strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
