Med Tech/Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Med Tech/Caregiver to join our team at Concord Place. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents, including medication management and administration.
- Supervise and motivate resident care staff to ensure excellent quality of life for our residents.
- Collaborate with families and residents to achieve excellent quality of life and resolve problems creatively and proactively.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective care plans and provide ongoing education and training to staff.
Requirements:
- Current Med Tech Certification preferred.
- Minimum of one year of medication management experience preferably in the Senior Living environment.
