We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team as a Tru-Scapes Sales Representative. This role offers a competitive base salary of $70,000 - $100,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives and sales/growth commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Foster and deepen relationships with current customers, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing products and networking with professionals.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of sales experience in the outdoor lighting, hardscape, landscape, or decking industry.
- Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
