Housing Operations Manager

Benedictine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Operations Manager to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational outcomes of an assigned owned/managed Housing service line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure sustainability, regulatory compliance, and profitability of assigned Housing service line.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to identify operational needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide updates on any standing action or performance enhancement plans.
  • Conduct and review findings from internal operational audits and reports, identify potential problems, and develop and implement operational improvement plans.
  • Accountable for assigned Housing Site operational outcomes, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and integration of initiatives, goals, programs, and actions plans.
  • Manage the selection, training, leadership development, and performance of assigned leadership to retain a professional, motivated workforce for assigned Housing service line.
  • Develop and implement budget for assigned Housing Site to ensure the achievement of sustainability and profitability goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Housing Site and Executive Director to ensure appropriate implementation of quality principles and programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Ability to actively relate to the staff, board, and community.
  • Strong leadership, human relations, and communication skills required.
  • Licensed to meet state-specific Housing requirements.
  • Two (2) or more years of long-term care or senior housing experience.
Compensation:

$95,000-$105,000
