Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead - Engineering Solutions to join our team at REI Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead engineering projects and teams, leveraging their expertise in design, construction administration, assessments, and investigations.

About the Role
  • As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technicians, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Your expertise in building codes, engineering calculations, and project specifications will be invaluable in identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.
  • You will also conduct site visits, assess project progress, and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in a related field, preferably with a consulting and/or engineering firm.
  • Formal educational or technical program in a relevant field or relevant certifications may count towards experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
