The ideal candidate will possess experience in leadership roles such as Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, Cardiac Monitoring, Charge, Circulate, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Director, Manager, Pediatric, Presurgical assessment, Robotic surgery, Supervisor, Transplant, or Wound & drain care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance skills and promote professional growth
- ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year
