Overview

Providence Clinical Network is a service line within Providence, serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $47.98 - $75.94 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor is an integral member of the clinic leadership team, responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
  • An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses, and related clinical positions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • 3 years demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and evaluation, staff training, and performance evaluation
  • 3 years experience providing patient education
