**Position Overview:**

As a Civil Professional Engineer with a PE license, you will lead and contribute to various civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet industry standards, codes, and client requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

* Take a leadership role in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
* Utilize your expertise to develop and review engineering plans, conduct site investigations, and perform structural and hydraulic analysis as required.
* Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
* Act as a primary point of contact with clients, addressing their needs, providing project updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, designers, and support staff, to deliver integrated and comprehensive solutions.
* Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
* Generate detailed technical reports, design documentation, and construction drawings.
* Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to plans, and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of New Hampshire.
* 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management and design.
* Proficiency in engineering design software and AutoCAD.
* Strong understanding of local and state regulations and permitting processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
* Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally conscious engineering practices.
