Position Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of the company’s administrative operations. This includes the management of key areas such as Operations, Product Quality, Human Resources, Facilities, and Information Technology. The CAO plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic vision set forth by the CEO. In collaboration with the executive team, the CAO is responsible for various facets of the organization, including the company website, customer relationship management (CRM), employee recruitment and training, office management, and the enhancement of product quality.

As the role evolves, the CAO will gradually take on greater responsibilities, including the supervision of financial and banking operations within AST.

Additional Information

Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000 annual salary plus performance bonuses.

This is a full-time role that necessitates a commitment of 40+ hours per week.
