  • Providing support and resolving billing-related inquiries with team members, attorneys, or clients
  • Coordinating coverage during absences and creating contingency strategies
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience in legal billing, ideally within a large law firm environment
  • Proficient in Elite Enterprise, 3E, eBilling Hub, Paperless Proforma, or similar billing software
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills with personnel at all levels, vendors, and clients
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong work ethic and integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional experience
