Compensation and Benefits

As a Renal Care Specialist with DaVita, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Renal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient health
  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care
  • Building long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a full-time variable schedule with rotating Saturday shifts
  • Comfort working around blood and needles
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed

Healthcare experience is a plus, with certifications such as BONENT, CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy certification considered assets.
