We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, offering product recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current sales and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Participate in visual directives, including floor sets and visual presentations, to create an engaging store environment.
  • Support replenishment activities to ensure the store is fully stocked and visually appealing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
