Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Car Pros Automotive Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, managing sales activities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  2. Analyze sales statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and revenue.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
