Catering Specialist

The Catering Specialist is responsible for effectively executing every catering order with excellence while being an ambassador for the Chick-fil-A culture with every interaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.

1. Grow Catering business line through active sales and developing leads.
2. Coordinate with the Kitchen Director/Manager to fulfill catering orders.
3. Input catering orders and train other leaders and team members to do the same.
4. Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order, including boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, and more.
5. Deliver catering orders and/or plan for order delivery.
6. Complete all set-up on-site for the guest.
7. Put all catering-related items away upon return to the store.
8. Cash out the catering order upon delivery.
9. Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform the Kitchen Director of ordering needs.
10. Create any systems or processes to improve our catering service.
