Overview
Honest Health, a pioneering healthcare company, seeks an exceptional individual to lead our analytics efforts as Vice President of Data Strategy. This key role will oversee the development and execution of our organizational analytics strategy, driving data-driven decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities
As Vice President, you will lead a centralized team of skilled analytics professionals responsible for providing high-quality enterprise analytics. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and optimizing data insights to inform strategic, operational, and clinical programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, Clinical, and Operations, to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights that support Honest Health's mission to reimagine primary care.

Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry. Your expertise should include large-scale data analysis, value-based care, payer, risk adjustment, quality, and healthcare compliance. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience driving operational excellence are essential for success in this role. A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.

Compensation
The base salary for this role is $220,600 - $264,800 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, reimbursement for continuing medical education, 401k with match, health, dental, and vision insurance.
