We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to join our team at Tiger Analytics. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

As a Data Analytics Lead, you will work closely with senior client leaders to understand their business challenges and develop actionable solutions using advanced analytics techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and business consulting, with experience in working with large datasets and developing predictive models. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to executive-level stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

**Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop actionable solutions using advanced analytics techniques
  • Work closely with senior client leaders to understand their business challenges and develop strategic recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement predictive models

Requirements:

  • 8-14 years of professional experience in business data analytics
  • Experience in Retail or CPG domain required
  • Supply Chain background and prior experience in areas of Demand, Supply, Shipping, Inventory Planning etc. highly desirable
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to executive-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with agile development methodology and experience working with offshore teams
