Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Wellvana. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in data analysis and be proficient in SQL, with a strong understanding of healthcare data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large clinical datasets to support quality and value-based outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools to provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale data infrastructure.
  • Ensure data privacy and security in line with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year program) preferred.
  • 6+ years' experience in data analysis or related area.
  • 4+ years of data analytics in the healthcare field.
