About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Residential Floating Therapist to provide clinical services for our Clear Vue RTH residential program. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents.

The Residential Floating Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers
  • Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
  • Meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
