Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Delta-T Group. As a Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support and care to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
* Communicate effectively with individuals' families, members of their IDT, day program, and other service providers.
* Assist with household tasks, including cleaning, meal preparation, food shopping, and transportation.
* Prepare meals according to developed menus and individual preferences.
* Assist in developing daily living skills by identifying and meeting social, environmental, and healthcare needs.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a residential setting supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
* Experience working with people who are medically fragile and/or have physical limitations.
