The Clinical Nurse Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, overseeing nursing tasks, and coordinating the evaluation, planning, implementation, and assessment of patient care to ensure the highest quality of service, aligned with the institution's mission and nursing standards.
Work Schedule: Every Saturday, Sunday, and one weekday every other week (30 hours per week).
Qualifications:- Valid Registered Nurse Licensure in North Carolina.
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
- Completion of a hospital and unit-specific orientation that includes age and population-specific competencies relevant to the nursing practice area.
- Ability to perform a full range of physical activities, including walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, and sitting for extended periods. Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
