Job Overview

Highland Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Aide to enhance our healthcare team in Bellingham, Washington.

The Hospitality Aide plays a crucial role in supporting the Nursing Department and assisting staff in delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with various tasks as assigned by the nursing staff.
  • May serve as a front desk screener, which includes:
    • Taking temperatures of all personnel and visitors while asking screening questions as per CDC guidelines.
    • Issuing health screen passes or denying entry based on screening results.
    • Cleaning and sanitizing screening equipment and supplies.
    • Monitoring visitors during the screening process to ensure social distancing is maintained.
    • Distributing personal protective equipment as necessary.
  • Perform job duties in compliance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, policies, and applicable laws.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Effective communication skills with residents and their families.
  • Willingness to learn infection control practices.
