About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and provide recommendations to meet their needs
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
