Job Summary

Riverside County, CA is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist I/II to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist I/II, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct individual and group therapy sessions, and provide crisis intervention services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Masters degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Valid certificate of registration as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor issued by the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences
  • Valid certificate of registration as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor issued by the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care
