About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Residential Mental Health Support Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting people with psychiatric conditions in a residential group living environment.
As a Residential Mental Health Support Professional, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions, assisting them with daily living activities, medication management, and implementing treatment plans. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that each person receives quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential group living environment
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Administer medication according to the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
- Implement treatment plans and provide ongoing support to individuals
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; associate's degree in a human services-related discipline is preferred
- Prior experience working in a human services setting is strongly preferred
- Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions
