Job Details

We are seeking a qualified Ambulatory Care Health Professional for an 8-hour day shift role at Anna Jaques Hospital.

Salary: $1631.50 per week

About the Job

This is a travel nursing position with a duration of one week, starting from July 30th and ending on August 5th.

The successful candidate will work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Ambulatory Care department, providing patient care and support to patients with various health conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with diverse health needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely updates and notifications.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid RN license and registration.
  • Experience working in an Ambulatory Care setting or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
