About the Role:
As an Awake Overnight Residential Counselor at Vinfen, you will provide essential support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential Group Living Environment (GLE).
In this role, you will work collaboratively with people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to foster independence and improve quality of life.
You will have various responsibilities, including administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP), implementing treatment plans, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the program.
