POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Risk Assessment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Safety Training & Compliance initiatives
  • Assisting with Investigations & Case Management processes
  • Contributing to Audits, Inspections, and Compliance efforts
  • Overseeing Documentation, Reporting, and Metrics
  • Providing support to Human Resources and Operational leadership as required
  • Helping to develop programs and training aimed at reducing financial losses due to theft, employee dishonesty, vandalism, and shrinkage
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and department leaders to ensure timely closure of open cases

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally with coursework in occupational safety and health or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in safety, risk management, loss control, or a related area.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability to work occasional after-hours and weekends.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, appropriate insurance coverage, and reliable transportation for travel.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods, and lift up to twenty-five pounds occasionally.
