Clinical Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies.

HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 383-bed hospital and the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto Counties. We have received verification by the American College of Surgeons and offer a range of services, including 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, and inpatient rehabilitation.
