Job Overview

Sharkee's Bar and Grill Holland is seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, while adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of local health department standards and Suburban Inns' Core Values.

Server/Bartender must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification is preferred, but can be completed upon hire.
