About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our host families, au pairs, and local childcare consultants.

You will use your superior communication skills and timely responsiveness to resolve issues and provide information to our customers. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in ensuring the success of our program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to host families, au pairs, and local childcare consultants
  • Resolve issues and provide information to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the success of our program
  • Use your analytical skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
