Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team in Tacoma, Seattle or surrounding areas. As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling company devices and educating physicians, clinicians, and patients on a medical device that improves the quality of life for people with venous disease and lymphedema.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Education: Conduct full-cycle consultative sales, including prospecting, scheduling meetings, product demonstrations, in-services, closing, and follow-up. Work with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the product.
  • In-Home Product Demonstrations: Provide product demonstrations to patients and assist them with questions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Assist Territory Sales Managers with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Customer Support: Assist with customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Preferred but not required: sales experience with in-person product demonstrations
  • Demonstrated success interacting with patients, customers, and clinicians
What We Offer:
  • Base salary of $65,000
  • Commission opportunity of up to $3000 per month
  • Promotion opportunities to Territory Sales Manager with increased salary and uncapped commissions (up to $300k+)
