Program Supervisor I

Child & Family Service is seeking a highly skilled Program Supervisor I to oversee the delivery of our programs and services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human services and supervisory experience, with a passion for working with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate program services and contracts.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Four-Year College Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.
- Over one (1) year experience in human services and supervisory experience.
- At least one (1) year experience working with individuals and families, including children and adolescents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and trauma-informed crisis response and stabilization.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with people of diverse social, economic, ethnic/racial, and cultural backgrounds.
