  • Facilitating member communications through various channels

  • Conducting research on harbor destinations and maintaining updated records
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant phone etiquette
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Educational Background:

  • A college degree or relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience in hospitality is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Mac applications or a willingness to learn
  • Strong references are essential
