Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Beckman Coulter equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records.
  • Utilize business systems such as OBI, Sales Force, and SharePoint to advance team goals and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in a technical field, such as biomedical, instrumentation, or electrical engineering.
  • 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in advanced troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Developing relationships with internal and external customers to foster positive partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.
