Job Overview

The Aviation Institute of Maintenance is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Aviation Maintenance Program Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of our aviation maintenance technician program, ensuring its alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. With a focus on student success and program excellence, you will oversee all aspects of the program, including curriculum development, faculty supervision, and administrative tasks.

This full-time evening position (Monday-Thursday 2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. and Friday 11:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m.) is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and the aviation industry. About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing best practices in curriculum delivery. Your expertise in aviation maintenance and teaching will enable you to provide academic advising to students, monitor their progress, and maintain documentation in Campus Nexus.

You will also assist in the design and development of training aids and materials tailored to the program's curriculum needs. Additionally, you will ensure that all necessary supplies, tools, and equipment are inventoried, maintained, and purchased when required for class projects. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining a safe learning environment for students and staff.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
