Job Opportunity: Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to assess their needs and determine the potential for partnership.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and senior sales executives.
  • Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and tactics based on market feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation or improvements in our sales approach.
Requirements:
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Knowledge of the construction equipment industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
