  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to project teams. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain documentation and records in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in a silicon program management role at a semiconductor company
  • Well-organized, technically oriented, and a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a cross-functional team of ASIC design engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and drive the cross-functional execution of various engineering functions to enable best-in-class customer solutions.
  • Engage with technical leadership team (Core team) to understand and document program scope, establish integrated schedules, assess, and manage program progress and risk, and create resource and budget plans.
  • Drive product solution deliverables and alignment with customer requirements to ensure highest-level customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience in all stages of product development from inception, POR creation, execution, and into HVM
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to successfully represent program status horizontally as well as vertically within the organization.
  • Proficient w/ MS Office, MS SharePoint, MS Project & Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, etc).
Nice to Have:
  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
