Job Summary

As a Clinical Quality Improvement Manager at Absolute Total Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reporting of HEDIS data. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating a team to investigate, audit, and improve HEDIS measures. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate HEDIS and CAHPS initiatives throughout the organization, maximizing opportunities to improve member outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate team to ensure HEDIS data accuracy and reporting
  • Investigate and audit HEDIS measures to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate HEDIS and CAHPS initiatives
  • Coordinate activities, resources, methods, and procedures to achieve improvement in HEDIS measures
  • Ensure compliance with HEDIS technical specifications, policies, operating procedures, and goals
  • Supervise daily activities of staff to promote quality improvement and efficient methods
  • Assist with comprehensive analysis of HEDIS measures, barriers, and opportunities
  • Present results of improvement efforts and ongoing performance measures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of quality improvement, HEDIS project management, or health care related experience
  • Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS programs
