Private Duty Nurse LVN

Aveanna Private Duty Nurse LVN/LPN is seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities- Implement and manage patient care plans, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and document all care provided.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN)
- Current CPR certification
- One year of experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in pediatrics or home health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
