Job Summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator II to join our team in Pediatric Neonatology. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for providing study coordination, screening potential patients for protocol eligibility, and participating in the informed consent process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage clinical research studies, including screening patients, scheduling research visits, and documenting patient data.
  • Collaborate with physicians and medical personnel to ensure accurate and timely data collection, documentation, and reporting.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate source documents, compiling and reporting study data, and presenting information at research staff meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
  • May perform other regulatory duties, budgeting duties, and assist with patient research billing and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Science, Sociology, or related field preferred.
  • Two (2) years of clinical research experience required; SOCRA or ACRP certification preferred.
