Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and oversight in the development and delivery of training programs, leveraging a variety of methods, techniques, learning tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality, relevant, and cost-effective training solutions.
- Perform E-IDS training development and implementation, following established processes, in support of the following activities:
- Translate technical and complex system information and requirements into E-IDS training design elements.
- Develop the E-IDS Air Traffic, Technical Operations, Security Data Administration, and Second Level Engineering Course training CDRLs:
- Support Leidos Training and FAA Training reviews of development materials and CDRL activities.
- Generate Course Material to deliver and support Design and Development documents.
- Deliver course materials and provide instruction and support in course revision, and course development.
- Skills in Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Visio, or graphic editor, Articulate Storyline 360 or equivalent animated WBT
- Demonstrated ability to review and provide editorial comments for content developed by other team members.
- Serve as customer interface for the training project
- Monitor tasking and overall schedule of all task elements
- Ensure Quality Assurance objectives are achieved for all delivered products
- Evaluate skills required to perform contractual tasking and ensure team is adequately staffed
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Generally has 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
- FAA domain knowledge in one of the four FAA subject areas:Air TrafficTechnical Operations SupportSecurity and Data AdministrationSecond Level Debug and Engineering Support
- Ability to translate technical and complex design information into user-friendly E-IDS training material and Web Based Training (WBT).
- Experience in Articulate Storyline 360
