We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Inotiv. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for training staff in proper documentation procedures, life and post-life procedures, and specialized animal techniques for multiple species.
Key Responsibilities- Follow all applicable SOPs and GLPs and demonstrate understanding of their importance in the toxicology research environment.
- Train staff in proper documentation procedures and life and post-life procedures.
- Evaluate technical skill competency for staff during the training process.
- Assist other operational departments in establishing training programs.
- Support, comply with, and enforce the company Health and Safety procedures.
- B.S., B.A., or A.A.S. with strong emphasis in life science preferred.
- Minimum two years experience in a toxicology laboratory environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and the Provantis Data Collection System.
- Ability to work with and tolerate laboratory animals.
