At Inotiv, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in training staff in proper documentation procedures, life and post-life procedures, and DART techniques for various species.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for staff in laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Evaluate technical skill competency for staff during the training process.
- Assist in the creation of discipline-specific training programs for in-life operations.
- Support the development of data bases and online training modules.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within laboratory operations and participate in process improvement activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent experience in a toxicology research environment.
- Minimum two years of experience in a toxicology laboratory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with and tolerate laboratory animals.
- Proficient in restraint, dosing, and bleeding techniques for multiple species.
