Aegis Worldwide is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to oversee various aspects of human resources.

Job Title
  • Serve as a strategic business partner, providing HR expertise and support to management teams across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paperwork and Compliance: Ensure timely completion of necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers' compensation claims, and return-to-work programs.
  • Investigations and Analysis: Conduct initial reporting, accident investigations, communication work restrictions, claim adjuster correspondence, tracking, and claim review analysis for settlements.
  • Terminations and Exit Processes: Develop termination packages, complete assigned terminations, and ensure all termination paperwork is complete as per requirements.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management of employees and assist in salary planning.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets, update, and distribute it on a predetermined schedule.
  • Labor Policies and Grievances: Develop labor policies, handle grievance procedures, and manage dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees, or government agencies.
  • Union Relations: Ensure the HR staff is knowledgeable about union contract compliance, advise management on contract negotiations, and similar management-union relations.
  • Personnel Policies: Consult HR executive staff regarding personnel policies, create, and revise union contracts.
  • Labor Management Meetings: Head monthly labor management meetings and prepare documentation regarding labor relations assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum with 15% Performance Bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
