SalaryThe estimated salary for this position ranges from $100,700 to $118,400 annually, with an opportunity for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 10% of salary.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic business professional to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. This role will involve providing advice and counsel to management and client organizations, conducting special studies and analyses, and developing alternatives to present recommendations to management.
This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, auditing business system data, and examining actuals against targets. They will also identify and recommend long-range asset data management and system improvements to strategically balance risk and reward.
In addition, the successful candidate will develop and approve long-range programs for assets, implement optimum life cycle and companion costs models for network assets, and manage the budget process to ensure that all stakeholders have their needs met.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of seven years experience in an applicable field directly related to position responsibilities.
- Program design skills including development of interventions, processes, or new or modified programs to meet customer needs.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to interface with team members and customers to promote positive customer outcomes.
